Whole Hog Custom Package (deposit)
A whole hog, processed, cut, packaged and frozen.
$500 deposit to reserve. Full price is determined by weight.
- Place a deposit of $500 to reserve one of our hogs for you.
- We harvest July-December and fill reservations in the order we receive them.
- We will notify you with an invoice for the remaining balance once we learn the hanging weights from the processor.
We have carefully crafted our Whole Hog Custom Package with the finest cuts for you to enjoy.
- Bacon (smoked and sliced, .75 pound packages) ~15 pounds
- Spare-Ribs (2.5 pound packages) ~5 pounds
- Shoulder Roasts (3 pound roasts) ~25 pounds
- Country Style Ribs (4 steaks per package) ~15 pounds
- Chops (bone-in, 2 per package, 1” thick) ~25 pounds
- Ham Steaks/Roasts (same ingredients as bacon) ~35 pounds
- Ham Hocks (Smoked, same ingredients as ham) ~5 pounds
- Jowl (Smoked, same ingredients as Bacon) ~5 pounds
- Ground Pork (1 pound packages) ~25 pounds
- Bones (great for making broth) ~15 pounds
- Fat (renders to a beautiful and tasty lard) ~15 pounds
- Head (There is a lot of good meat!) ~7 pounds
- Organs ~3 pounds
